Hydrostatic testing

Commonly referred to as " hydro testing " is a method used to check the integrity of pressure vessels such as pipelines, plumbing, gas cylinders, boilers, and fuel tanks. This process involves filling the vessel or pipeline with a liquid, typically water, and pressurizing it to a level above the operating pressure to ensure that it can withstand the designated pressure without leaking or rupturing.
