Scope of Work
Under the Sustainable Fuel Development project, our company has been entrusted with important work by 2 project owners. The nature of the work is divided into 2 main parts as follows:

Fired Heater Installation

• Install Fired heaters inc. Radiant sections, convection modules, stacks, damper, burners
• Install APH, ID fan, FD fan, common ducts, hot and cold flue gas ducts
• Install steel structure & platform and field refractory works
• Install crossover piping, radiant piping, fuel skid and burner piping inc. NDE and PWHT Q’ty: 590 Tons

Piping Installation

Field piping installation and pipe supports at Pre-Treatment unit and Sustainable Aviation Fuel unit.
The materials are

• Carbon Steel Pipe
• Stainless Steel Pipe
• Low Alloy Pipe
  Q’ty: 8,000 DB

Project importance

Both projects play a key role in driving the goals of the Sustainable Fuel Development project, which focuses on building infrastructure for the production of clean fuels, particularly Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), a future energy solution that effectively decarbonizes the aviation sector.
